Loneliness: where to start, and why this passage

Psalm 25:16-17 is the passage for loneliness. You get the verses in full, the part of the story they sit inside, and a question to sit with. It takes about a minute, and you can have it now.

Words for it, in your own voice

This prayer says the thing plainly and asks God to turn toward the person praying it.

Psalm 25 is a prayer of David asking God for attention, guidance and mercy. In these two verses the speaker describes his own condition and asks God to look at him. The psalm does not resolve the trouble here; it keeps asking.

Read it in full, with the verses on either side, on the Psalm 25:16-17 page.

If this is not quite it

Say what is going on in your own words instead.

You do not have to decide which heading you belong under. Type a sentence about what happened and it will find the closest of the thirteen. If nothing sits close, it says so.

The library lists all thirteen with a description of each, because situations get filed under words people would not always guess.

If what you are carrying is heavier than a page can hold, this is not the place for it. Nobody is reading what you type into this site.
