Burnout: where to start, and why this passage
Exodus 18:17-18 is the passage for burnout. You get the verses in full, the part of the story they sit inside, and a question to sit with. It takes about a minute, and you can have it now.

Jethro names the load as too heavy before Moses does, and treats it as a problem with the arrangement rather than with Moses.
In Exodus 18, Moses is settling every dispute himself from morning to evening. His father-in-law watches a full day of it and says the arrangement will wear him out. What follows in the chapter is the work being shared.
Read it in full, with the verses on either side, on the Exodus 18:17-18 page.
If this is not quite it
Say what is going on in your own words instead.
You do not have to decide which heading you belong under. Type a sentence about what happened and it will find the closest of the thirteen. If nothing sits close, it says so.
The library lists all thirteen with a description of each, because situations get filed under words people would not always guess.
If what you are carrying is heavier than a page can hold, this is not the place for it. Nobody is reading what you type into this site.
